You're probably going to want to blend it if you want to make it drinkable. Or you could substitute the oats for oat powder. The recipe I copied this off was tagged tasty as well but I'm not so sure. There was also honey in the other recipe but could I tag it vegan then? Also, it made no noticeable difference to me.
My nutritional profile is based on the US Government DRI. If you switch to Rob's recommendations then the main thing you notice is that Rob recommends much less omega 3 and omega 6. Most of the omega 3 comes from the flaxseed and the omega 6 from the drizzle of sunflower oil. Neither of these concern me too much.
