This was an attempt to decrease the initial barrier as much as possible, in order to facilitate a "trial" recipe The goal is to have a nutritionally complete soylent for an initial cost of around $50.

calcium carbonate apparently has some absorption issues. So eating a small stick of chalk may not be the best option. I have replaced it with a calcium supplement, That further decreases the initial cost as well.

Concentrations of most stuff is pretty good. Want to try to find smaller quantities of some of the substances. Have to do some more optimizing for price.

Loosely based on minimal price soylent recipe.

I think it is vegan, I'm not vegan so i don't really know if any of these foodstuffs have animal products in them. might be gelatin in the multivitamin capsules or something. If any of you are more experienced in veganity please confirm or deny the veganitude of this recipe.

same goes for kosher, but i know even less about that, So i didn't want to make a unreliable descriptor. if someone who actually understands their dietary restrictions could tell me if this is kosher or not, I would be quite appreciative,

on an unrelated note, soylent should really be added to the spellchecker dictionary.
