B12 vitamin added due to previous deficiency following long period as a vegetarian (8 years minus three months of travel). Would not recommend for use otherwise. I will remove from recipe following end of supply.
I know there is some debate about whether honey is vegan or not (http://happyherbivore.com/2011/10/what-is-honey-vegan/), with most people siding with not. I listed recipe as vegan since honey can be easily replaced by brown or white sugar.
