strong textI prefer baking my seeds and carbs into a bread loaf, as not very palatable in a drink. I bake one small loaf in the bread machine with the below recipe. Eat 1/2 loaf per day:
Combine 2 days servings of: flax, chia, flour, masa, ground oats Combine 1 days serving of: salt, canola oil. Add: 1 tsp instant dry yeast, ~1cup warm water
Add to bread machine (water, then dry, then yeast in well)
**Note, 1/2 serving each salt and oil to be added to drink mix per day as not all included in the bread.
