This is supermarket soylent - all available at coles and the chemist. (Cheaper protein is mail order, but hey.)
I have used icing sugar and cocoa as flavourings initially, but will look to move away eventually, but this will do for now - adds calories, and a mild sweetness without too much cost.
Cocoa may need to be revisited for cost reasons - maybe reassess the quantity as well.
Missing from this recipe family's standard ingredients is MSM - apparently there is enough sulfur in protein.
Currently using 1/3 of this recipe twice a day with a normal dinner meal.
