Based initially on Cheapest Keto: Chicken Edition, this is my attempt at making:
a. One of the cheapest complete keto recipes possible that won't...
b. Break my blender with chicken or grains.
FLAVORING IS A MUST. As it stands, it tastes like sin. I've experimented with adding sugar free chocolate syrup, and this makes it palatable.
I am open to further optimizations if discovered, especially in the fat department, as many people try to avoid Canola oil. However, the recipe does theoretically possess a much better Omega 3:6 ratio than standard diets.
Feel free to adjust fat and protein amounts to achieve different caloric levels.
