need to be refrigerated:
- Hemp protein powder
- Flaxseed meal
- Almond flour
- Amazing Grass Alfalfa, Barley, and Wheat Grass trio powder
- Chlorella algae powder (eggs obviously)
- Water (!)
- it is immensely better cold. I usually put ice cubes in the
water filtration thingy I keep in the fridge.
- Haven't tried putting ice cubes in the finished drink. May solidify the coconut oil?

Coconut oil
- Store it in a glass jar (ideally a coconut oil glass jar)
- Delicious
- How to obtain?
- Aldi and Trader Joe's offer organic virgin coconut oil for $4.99 for 14 oz and $5.99 for 16oz respectively ($0.36/oz and $0.37/oz, Costco is $19.99/54oz = $0.37/oz).

Solutions:
- Slow cooker connected to a timer:
Leave coconut oil jar in the slow-cooker with water and set it
to low, set timer to turn it on fifteen minutes a day.
+: Easiest -: Requires a slow cooker
- Heat water up on high in a pan, put coconut oil jar in it,
wait until it solidifies
+: Frees up real estate -: Hassle to do every ~2-3 days

- Also available in bulk on bulknaturaloils.com (always get 20/22% fat)
- probably just there for taste at this point
Bananas: Calories and deliciousness
- Eggs: best protein
- Hemp, rice protein: satisfying amino acid profile. I haven't tried rice
protein, feedbacks are welcome.

!!! Use a microgram scale.
How to mix all the things:
Where?
- A large jug if you can get your hands on one (eg: 4 lb protein powder
jug)
~12 days / jug, washable
- A large zip-lock bag otherwise ~5 days / bag, wasteful
- A large jug if you can get your hands on one (eg: 4 lb protein powder
jug)
How?
How to serve it?
- First time:
- You will need a kitchen scale large enough to handle a full blender
(Aldi offer such a scale for $10 once in a while)
- If you are making more than one meal at a time, you will need to
record the weight of the empty blender before using it. Keep this
number handy.
- The usual:
- Tare the scale to the blender, put a banana and an egg (per meal) in
it, fill the blender with powder until you reach 260.5g per meal
(2meals = 521g, 3meals = 781.5g)
- Tare scale, add oils: you need 28g of coconut oil per meal (it must be
liquid!), and 25g of (virgin) olive oil, for a total of 53g of oil per
meal (2 meals: +=, 3 meals: +=)
- Add cold water and blend. Don't wait after adding the water, because
the coconut oil may solidify until it is blended with the other
ingredients
- If you were making one meal you are done. Keep it cold, it should be
good for two days.
- Otherwise, put the blender on the scale and calculate:
([current blender weight] - [empty blender weight]) / #ofServings
(After serving, fill blender with cold water and fill bottles
starting with the last one served. It will have less calories
so keep it for dinner.)
Improvements:
- Add salmon oil (fish = best Omega-3, salmon = minimal mercury, brain = :),
much cheaper than Omega-3-oils found on Amazon)
- Available on bulknaturaloils.com
This recipe:
- 1 banana & 1 egg per meal (works whether you have 3 bottles or are
mixing one at a time)
- 2*Omega-3 ⪭ Omega-6 (Wonderful for our brains)
- Lots of coconut oil
- Delicious
- Lots of olive oil
- natural antidepressant
- Mammal-free (except for ~2.5g in GNC Mega Men) -> avoid Neu5Gc
- relatively low net carb (94.5g), high fat, enough proteins for 155 lb
athlete (@ 0.84g protein / lb body)
