An excellent solution to take the hassle out of eating. Not particularly cheap, though. It's also not meant for weight loss by any means. I have a ridiculously fast metabolism, hence the 2600 calories. I'm also a fan of milk.
Mix the oat flour, rice flour, rice protein, whey isolate protein, psyllium husk powder, salt, and supplementary chemicals together and stick the batch in the fridge overnight.
When you want to drink, blend together:
30g bananas
150g soylent mix
180ml milk (3/4 cup)
90ml water (1/4 + 1/8 cup)
Sugar to taste (the bananas end up kinda bitter but are necessary for texture)
I prefer it thick, but you can change amount of liquid vs soylent mix to get a more viscous mix.
Take 3 Rainbow Light multivitamins a day. Eat a Clif Bar when hungry!
The olive oil would complete my fat requirement but it drastically alters the taste of the drink and I haven't seen felt adverse effects yet.
I'm still trying to find a good solution for Vitamin K.
