Practice Fuel is a simplified recipe for beginners looking to try out DIY soylent without investing a lot of time or money.
But note that it is not nutritionally complete! It's almost there, but comes a little short in a few areas, like fiber and choline. On a liquid diet, fiber may not be as important, and it's possible for the human body to synthesize choline, but it puts more stress on the kidneys.
I don't recommend subsisting exclusively on Practice Fuel for an extended period of time.
