High calorie soylent designed for rapid weight gain in conjunction with Occam's protocol (google it). Not actually made this bad boy yet so no idea how it tastes but i hope it will take the hassle out of meal preps while I bulk.
Seems to be out of the red so shouldn't kill you too quickly. Had to keep the olive oil in because the linseed meal pushes the omega 3 too high for my liking when compared to omega 6 (I read somewhere that it should be 2:1 ratio).
The olive oil profile was grabbed from a random diy soylent (olive oils don't differ too much), hence the absence of cost, however I'm sure it can be figured out easily.
I've ordered the goods and in the meantime would be interested to know how it tastes... probably add some phytonutrients (vital greens or similar - jury's still out on their value). Not bothering with enzymes (at best I'll take some raw apple cider vinegar now and again or a spoon of yoghurt).
Side note: I'll be adding acetyl l-carnitine, l-carnosine, creatine monohydrate, Alpha lapoic acid, l-glutamine, dmae & ester c with bioflavonoids. All of these are related to anti aging, good skin, digestion and muscle recovery. Yes, I'm probably going through a mid life crisis :). Also will take cordyceps before workout.
