Active Keto: Vanilla Milkshake
If you're like me, you want a keto-friendly soylent recipe that's not designed for weight loss or weight gain, but to maintain your size, trimming fat and maintaining muscle. So I introduce my first proper original foray into this market, heavily altered from a chain of improvements made to Liquid Cake.
The flavour is a nice vanilla with a hint of cinnamon. Adding eggs is optional and gives the whole recipe an eggnog flavour. Add water depending on personal preference.
There are a few pills, yes - this is to keep the actual mixture tasting nice and facilitate the balancing of macros.
Net Carbs
There are 48g of carbs in this recipe, of which 28 are dietary fibre leaving the recipe at 20g of net carbs, stable for ketosis.
Preparation
Per day there is 201.84g of dry powder, 385ml of liquid (potentially use a bit of water at your discretion), and 5 pills. Personally I drink this twice per day as I do intermittent fasting, taking my pills shortly after the first shake. When blending, always add the liquid first, powder last. I do it in the order of oil, almond milk+cream, then powder for the best consistency.
