Based on Liquid Cake v1.3
I replaced the Potassium Gluconate with Dipotassium Phosphate (which I already had from another recipe).
Directions: Weigh powdered ingredients individually and dump into tub. Open calcium capsules and dump contents into tub. Either grind the vitamin pill and add to tub, or simply take a pill each night. Shake tub to mix dry ingredients.
To make one "meal", put some water in the bottom of a blender bottle. Add about 1/3 of the ingredients (128 - 130 g) of powder, a blender ball, and more water. Shake a bunch (holding the lid shut with one hand, just in case). For best results, refrigerate overnight* and shake (again) before adding 16g oil (and shaking some more).
This is a suspension, not a solution, so shake before drinking.
- Refrigerating overnight (before adding the oil) allows the oats to soak, which makes it less gritty. Also, colder is definitely better when it comes to taste.
Editing recipe for taste (and then to balance everything out!) 100% vanilla whey was too vanilla-y. 50% vanilla whey was too bland. I'm now trying 2/3 vanilla, 1/3 unflavored.
