This recipe is still under development. However, I am currently testing it. High cholesterol shouldnt be that much of an issue, given the fact that it comes from the grass-fed butter and actually raises the HDL (good cholesterol) and therefore improves the blood lipid profile( http://goo.gl/rAv1tw). But its all at your own risk :). Comments are very much appreciated, because something may be missing. Some parts in the nutrient profile - like the Omega Fatty Acids - are not fully covered, because I have yet to determine the ingredients in details. The whole receipt is tailored around my personal profile:

Male 30 years Height: 1,70 m Weight: 70 kg

Moderately active day job. Exercise 3-5 hours a week (cross-fit, weight lifting).

Goal:

Maintaining weight and ketosis. Although after HI-Training sessions, more carbs will be added separately in form of Maltodextrin.
