Just remembered I do not care for chocolate protein shakes... But this recipe is palatable as a slightly salty chocolate drink. Eggs do not seem to help with the shelf life when refrigerated after blending. Created a coconut and banana recipe based on this one, and it should be much better tasting, or at least not chocolate.
I tend to eat meat and stuff throughout the day and wanted to bring up my starting point for carbs and RDA's, otherwise, without having massively huge shakes here as a sole source of food.
