posiłki 6x dziennie co 2,5h zaczynając od 8:00, 10:30, 13:00, 15:30, 18:00, 20:30

  1. Pozbyłem się trochę mąki na rzecz banana i truskawek - znacznie poprawiło smak.
  2. Ze względu na perystaltykę jelit dodałem do diety 100g pełnoziarnistego chleba żytniego pozbywając się odpowiedniej ilości mąki (jedzone osobno - np 2x dziennie przy którymś posiłku)
