  • Readded ascorbic acid: allegedly works as a preservative for the oils. I have some already, so, why not?
  • Upped lecithin to the original 10g per day. It's a little more expensive in the uk, but not too bad. Also adjusted choline content in lecithin to 3%.
  • Reordered ingredients to match original. Only "missing" ingredient with no substitute is Beano, but that is a holdover from the high-protein version of Sekondus's recipe

Thanks to the parent recipe for using losalt: that's a very good solution!
