This Recipe is a sandbox built up from all of the popular keto soylents available (keto chow, kennuf's, and quidnyc's). It offers a variety of alternate options to play with, including some rather silly ones I use when I'm low on supply (please do not make these regular substitutions, as many of them are quite bad for you long term, e.g. Spam). Cost is also something I care a lot about, so if quality is of more value to you, there are better alternative products for some of these.
