This Recipe is a sandbox built up from all of the popular keto soylents available (keto chow, kennuf's, and quidnyc's). It offers a variety of alternate options to play with, including some rather silly ones I use when I'm low on supply (please do not make these regular substitutions, as many of them are quite bad for you long term, e.g. Spam). The idea was mostly to get a good 1:1 omega 3:6 ratio.
