"Soylent" Original is too expensive and doesn't hit my macros like I want, but I do like the taste and the ease of use.

I wanted a Man's drink that packs on muscle while getting cut. Most of these Soylents don't have nearly the Protein, the calories, or the fiber I wanted. I used the Bodybuuilding.com calculator to find what macros I needed to be hitting and then took people fuel premium and made this from it. I hate stevia and fake sugar so that had to go. Fixed the cinnamon problem in the comments.

I used only what is on the labels from amazon to get these values (except the protein isolate, used a little information from the internets (https://www.nutritionvalue.org/Beverages%2C_Whey_protein_powder_isolate_nutritional_value.html)

OK I call B.S. on a ton of these Soylent recipes because when you actually look at the physical labels they don't have most of the stuff people list on here. Maybe I will learn more and eat my words but come on people.... WHERE ARE YOU COMING UP WITH THESE MAGICAL NUTRIENTS THAT AREN'T ON THE LABELS????? Once I hit the macros with the REAL labels, I added pills and powders to fill in the white lines where we were missing 100% goals.

vitamix the chia seeds to a powder with Psyllium Husk Powder, salt, Choline Bitartrate, Ceylon Cinnamon, Xanthan Gum, Sulfur Crytstals, and brown sugar(if you want a little sweetener)

add that to the protein and masa and mix. Store dry.

Daily take 1 Magnesium pill, 1 GNC mega men, 2 Fish oil when you wake up. That GNC pill will give you a boost. Mix water(however much gets it the thickness you like), powder, canola oil(1Tablespoon for 1/6th of a day) for each meal - don't let it set in the fridge, that's gross(the chia and xanthan gum and corn don't benifit from sitting, they just thicken). Shaker bottles only, slam that stuff.

I will update as I fine tune this. How much for a meal yadda yadda yadda. If someone gets back to me on where these folks are pulling nutrients out of thin air I can probably drop a few ingredients like phosphorus, magnesium, sulfur. Until then, they stay. I will play with the taste, maybe use some oat flour in place of some masa etc.

Any help is welcome.

sulfur info if you want to remove it. https://discourse.soylent.com/t/sulfur-in-cysteine-and-methionine/10626/5

edit: 12/4/17 - V2.0 I reduced the GNC to 1 pill and tried to do 1/3 of the fuel mass from oat flour. I just used my vitamix and did about a cup of oats at a time, dumped it out and did the next batch. it goes pretty fast and oat flour is expensive. I had to adjust everything else and was able to get rid of the phosphorus drops all together. I will mix up a batch and use it for a while to see what I think. The reasons I wanted to reduce the corn masa was, the grit, the serving size and the undigested poops(sorry) with the sandpaper wipes(not sorry). This is much better! I ran my masa through the vitamix before adding it to the recipe and it makes a HUGE difference in grit! way better you guys!

12/6/17 - Going full soylent. bought more masa to keep the ball rolling when this starts to run out. I also bought a flour mill to try and run the oats and masa through easier. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001UI37N8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Much better the finer it is milled. No grit, good taste, easy to make, easy to use, what more could you possibly want?

V2 tested and it's great tasting. I will keep updating as I continue to use it. So far, much better
