I lowered the amount of spreads & breads in the original recipe to fit my own little old lady, walking-not-cycling nutritional profile. This is just a bit over my max calories and protein, so it's not an everyday thing.
Of course the supplements are different, too! I took out the DHA/EPA from fish oil out, and added Vit. A & D from fish oil instead.
I love this 'cause it's so easy, too. Spread the hazelnut & peanut butters onto the bread; slice the banana and lay them on two of the slices of bread. I put the hazelnut spread on one side, and p-nut butter on the other, with the bananas in the middle.
Sit down with a nice beverage to take your supplements, and you're ready to go!
