This is the only soylent with its own theme song!

Note however that this recipe uses mostly carob powder, along with just a little bit of cocoa powder, because too much cocoa may be bad for you.

Preparation:

(The orange juice, raisins, sunflower seeds, and various pills are to be consumed separately, not mixed into the soylent.)

Combine the dry ingredients (items 1-10) into a 2-quart Takeya pitcher.

Add the olive oil, coconut oil, milk, and water.

Add four ice cubes.

Seal the pitcher, and shake until thoroughly mixed.

Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes, to give the Chia seeds time to absorb some water. (This releases their fiber content into the mix, and makes it thicker.)

Optional but recommended step: run it through a blender, this makes it really smooth.

Then, add the rest of the ice cubes.

Shake...

And enjoy!

(And don't forget to drink your OJ, eat your raisins and sunflower seeds, and take your pills. You should probably space these out through the day, instead of consuming them all at once.)

Notes:

1) The multivitamin is made specifically for men over 40. You can replace it with a different one if you prefer, but watch out for how it affects the recipe's overall dosages, especially the Niacin. Also, you may be able to eliminate the extra Molybdenum pill depending on which multivitamin you select. You could also split the Molybdenum pill in half, but I find it's not worth the trouble.

2) The carob powder is also available at Amazon, but I found it for a few dollars less at my local grocery store.
