Makes something like a softer granola bar. Normal food that you can chew on, and that tastes nice! Has quite some ingredients but almost all of these can be bought at the supermarket, only stuff you need extra is protein powder, choline and a multivitamin. It's also suitable for vegans, and just an eco-friendlier alternative to whey-based things even if you're not.

how to make it: mix everything except half the sesame seeds (and the vitamin pill, just take that separately). Pour mixture into a baking tray, sprinkle leftover sesame seeds on top and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.

Cool, cut, enjoy! you can also freeze it for later. Thaw at room temperature or just pop it in the oven for a few minutes.
