Only used for breakfast meal replacement to assist with Crohn's Disease management.

Additional foods that will be consumed during the day: Banana, Fruit, Fish, Potatoes, 2000 IU vitamin D3 supplements, Curcumin, Green Tea Extract, Butyrate.

Avoided: Emulsifiers, Artificial Sweetener, Processed Oils,Insoluble fibers, Sulfur.

Close to 1:1 ratio of Omega 6 to 3 Fatty Acids.

It's pretty tasty just like that, but here are some optional flavour additions:
Coffee ( tastes like a mocha)
Cinnamon tea or powder
Mint tea (tastes link chocolate mint)
Orange tea/juice (chocolate covered orange)
Other chilled teas (blueberry, summerberries, pumpkin spice, chai vanilla)?

Tea pot - fill with boiling water and add 3 tea bags. Let steep until almost room temp. Add warm liquid to soylent to Max line of Nutribullet container. Shake. Then add oil.

2 teaspoons vanilla.
