Adapted From QuidNYC's Superfood For Her to be lower carb and customized for my needs. I have to eliminate any sources of coconut due to allergies. I also added Hemp Seed for the balanced fatty acid profile and to diversify my fat sources and Pea Protein to diversify my protein sources.
