Liquid mixture:
Mix eggs in a blender on low or whisk in a bowl. While blending/whisking, add oil SLOWLY. The eggs should begin to froth as the oil binds with the yolks. Pour mixture into a container for later use. Refrigerate and seal if not using immediately.
Dry mixture:
Blend the rest of the ingredients on high until smooth. If the recipe is too chunky, it can become unpleasant to drink. Pour this mixture into another container and store somewhere dry and sealed, or refrigerate.
Mealtime:
When ready to drink, mix liquid mixture with dry mixture in approximately 1:1 ratio. If it is too thick, add water 1:2::water:soylent and mix well.
Results:
Most of the taste comes from your choice of cod liver oil (I prefer lemon-mint). Beyond that, it'll taste lightly of parsley and salt. You can also add a teaspoon of vanilla extract for additional sweetness. It is very filling, and I find I only desire about half a serving in a given day, even with intense exercise.
Just remember, this is very high in fat, so one should avoid mixing with a high carb diet. Feedback always welcome!
