Lets call this attempt 1.2
The other formula I created was as simple as possible, this one however I am trying to make as complete as possible. The down side is the considerable increase in initial cost (vs. my first creation).
I though if my first Soylent mix did the trick then I would be willing to invest the expense for this formula. I still have time to refine and add as I wont attempt this until October/November some time.
As such, please let me know if you have any comments, all advice is welcome.
As far as the macronutrients are concerned I adhere to:
Carbo Metabolic Type ~ 60% Carb, 25% Protein, 15% Fat
I could defiantly use help on the micronutrient portion.
