This recipe is designed to be sourced all from Coles supermarket. Price was not my main focus for this recipe, convenience and taste were my main priorities. Taste and consistency are ok, not sure how it stacks up to other soylent recipes though.
Change the Up and Go flavour for different flavours, banana is pretty good.
Any feedback and advice is much appreciated.
Notes:
The Vitamin K value corresponds to the value recommended for men 19-30: https://www.nrv.gov.au/nutrients/vitamin-k
The manganese level was aimed to be below 11, however this caused a magnesium deficiency with the other ingredients listed. No upper limit is set according to Nutrient Reference Values for Australia and New Zealand
When the "Australian National Health and Medical Research Council Nutrient Reference Values" profile is selected there is a deficiency in calories, copper and selenium, however I aimed primarily for the "US 2000 Calories" nutrient profile since it is more tried and tested.
