Assuming 3 meals daily.
Each shake:
- 3/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1 scoop 100% Whey Isolate
- 1 tbsp Ground Chia Seeds
- 2 tsp Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1 tsp NOW Foods Potassium Citrate Powder
- 1/2 tsp NOW Foods Calcium Citrate Powder
- 1/4 tsp Windsor Iodized Table Salt
- 2 1/4 tbsp No Name 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 scoop Super-Men Multivitamin (1 scoop spread across 3 shakes)

Instructions:
