You'll want to drink it cold - so stick it in the fridge or add in ice cubes when you mix it. Tried to keep everything <400% Can adjust amount of brown sugar to increase/decrease calories & carbohydrates. Not very good (but drinkable) without brown sugar, other flavorings could be considered (a few friends told me they hated brown sugar) such as malt flavoring.
