This is my attempt to create a UK version of People Chow 3.0.1 Thanks to max for his very popular original recipe.

The main problem is not being able to get the GNC supplement outside the USA. I've tried to replace it with a good multivitamin. I chose vanilla whey powder for taste, but you can of course use the cheaper unflavoured stuff. The only other changes are a little extra fibre & a slightly different source of potassium.

Buying Ingredients

I've found online sources for everything, but it's probably worth shopping locally for some of the ingredients (eg: you can get iodised salt for about 75p in Sainsbury's).

Potassium Gluconate seems to fluctuate in price quite often - between £10 and £13. Keep checking Amazon & try to grab it when it's cheapest.

Notes on highest values

Most of the extreme % values are down to the multivitamin, so I don't expect them to cause any problems Masa is naturally high in iron, but the recipe is well within the maximum daily allowance. If in doubt, check with your doctor
