General directions

Keep the tablets separate and just take them.

Place large quantity dry ingredients (but not the protein powder) in a grinder/blender to make them finer in a large jug place finely ground large quantity dry ingredients

Add smaller quantity dry ingredients

Add oil and milk

Add enough water to make it all between 2-3L

Blend with a stick blender

There's enough wiggle room calorie wise that you can either have a small snack or you can add flavouring like some coffee, cocoa and some no-cal/low-cal sugar substitute like Splenda.
