I tried to keep most ingredients locally available. The problem came when I needed Choline, MSM, and Potassium. There was no way I was crushing up 30 potassium pills from the local health food store. I eat Kratom every day and it is pure fiber, hence the custom nutrition profile. I left some ingredients on the recipe to make it easier to modify to your base ingredients. I had a hard time finding a multi vitamin with the needed essentials, the Canadian version of the Costco multi lacks some things. I found the high end costco one online that's even better. If you want to add potassium increase coco powder... i must warn you though, it makes it bitter.
