This is my first attempt, I'm not an expert in this and it's cobbled together from several recipes. I wanted to add the fruits and veggie powders for complex trace nutrients that you might not otherwise get in plain powders. I also tried not to overdo it on the vitamins. I have a very sensitive stomach and this is my attempt at not being ill all the time while still getting enough nutrients. If it needs tweaking I'll adjust once I've been on it for a few weeks. EDIT: Wheatgrass and Flaxseed oil are completely overpowering the flavor, I may just take those as separate "supplements", I am also going to lower the amount of gelatin so this is less "pudding-like". That will be V2.
