A copy of "unsynchronized" recipe modified to be as close to "USA Male DRI 2000 calories" as possible. All ingredients will be available from major supermarkets (Binn Inn/ Pack n Save) and health shops. So beginners can try without having to wait. :-)
Recipe works best if you mix it with blender. Something like this one, http://www.thewarehouse.co.nz/is-bin/intershop.static/WFS/TWL-B2C-Site/TWL-B2C/en_NZ/product/large/e3/71/9332066030891_l.jpg
You'll also want some Shakers http://shop.countdown.co.nz/Content/ProductImages/big/9310676182919.jpg
But screw on ones like theses are better http://images.trademe.co.nz/photoserver/tq/302367565.jpg
Check The Warehouse, K-mart or your local 2$ shop for these.
To prepare, I personally break each ingredient down to a 1/3 of the daily and put all the powders in a zip lock bags. So each bag is one meal.
Then when needed I can grab a zip lock bag, shaker and blend it with the oils, egg, prunes and about 400ml of warm/hot water (more or less depending on how thin / thick I want it) and store over night in the refrigerator I also blend the multivitamin in with my morning shake.
The sulphur pills are there to get 100% RDI. It's my understanding that it's not needed. But you should do your own research!!
I find the recipe to be a chocolate taste, with a thick shake texture. It's best cold, so keep refrigerated.
