IMPORTANT: This recipe is made so other "normal" food can be eaten during the day. It is designed around a 450 calorie base, so please eat other food while ingesting MySoylent+. However, all the nutrients you need for a day are provided in this recipe. (Designed for 19-30 Women)

Other nutrients to ingest:
~Recommended amount of calories: ~880 kcal
~Recommended amount of carbs: <80 g
~Recommended amount of fiber: ~8-12 g
~Recommended amount of protein: ~15 g
~Recommended amount of fat: ~50 g
~Recommended amount of saturated fat: <20 g
~Recommended amount of sodium: ~1 g
~Recommended amount of chloride: ~1 g
~Recommended amount of sugar: ~60 g

Note: Sodium chloride is salt, and is found in many foods, so I slightly lowered the ratio in the recipe, especially since you can have too much sodium and chloride. Almost anything you eat over the course of a day will give you your remaining sodium chloride requirement. No other vitamins or minerals were changed. Also, this only has one gram of sugar, from the rice protein.


On Amino Acids and Other Supplements
~The spirulina powder adds many nutrients, like protein and carbs, but also adds essential amino acids, like tryptophan, lysine, and tyrosine, to name a few. The rice protein adds many of these as well.
~The DMAE powder adds DMAE, which has been proven to help increase mood and cognitive abilities.
