Untested, unfinished, strange experimental thing. Wanted to play around with going a bit more diverse in the foodstuff sources than just masa. Don't come crying to me if it jumps out of the pitcher and kicks your puppy or something.
Potassium and sodium are intentionally a tiny bit low, and an omega-3/6 supplement of choice would probably be advisable with the recipe in its current state. Fiber is pretty high, but I don't know if that should be a tremendous concern.
