This is based on my goals for getting roughly one gram of protein per pound of body weight and about .5 grams of fat per pound and everything else is carbs. Everything is either from Costco where I have found the cheapest protein powder, the bulk section at my grocery store, or from Amazon to save on shipping costs. My plan is to portion this down to 400 cal serving sizes to provide flexibility throughout the day mixing this and whole food sources. I will update and change things once I mix my first batch.
