This is the female 1500 cal version of Easy Chow. See the following link for the 2k cal male version: https://www.completefoods.co/diy/recipes/easy-chow
Welcome to Easy Chow! A complete powdered meal for sensitive (or normal) stomachs for under $3/day. Easy Chow is:
- Vegan
- Soy-free
- Gluten-free
- Oat-free
- Nut-free
- Aspartame-free
I designed this for sensitive stomachs since it seems like all the top recipes contain either milk, soy or oat ingredients. All of the ingredients can be purchased on Amazon for convenience!
I can't report on the taste yet, as I am waiting on the rice protein, but without it it tastes mostly like savory tortillas and I don't anticipate the rice protein to change that much. Adding in a teaspoon of sugar or other sweetener makes a big difference.
Let me know what you think!
