- Tweaked amounts to be in easily measurable volumes
- Added Xanthan gum to keep flour granules from settling at bottom; amount still needs tweaking
- Now recommend microwaving coconut oil for 20 seconds before adding... mixes much better and lends a much tastier flavor as well

Trying to substitute maltodextrin for some of the flour/masa harina, because at current amount it is really difficult to eat so much
Unsure if recipe really needs BCAAs and Potassium Chloride, so leaving amounts at 0
