Soylent 3 meals a day gets a bit old. I have adapted a recipe to make two shakes: for breakfast and lunch.
Part of my personal motivations for soylent is weightloss, and I have found that 1000 calories gets me through an 11 hour shift at work.
The recipe provides most of the micronutrient nutritional profile for a full day, but I have deliberately left some things low to account for dinner - which after only having consumed 1000 calories throughout the day could be almost whatever I fancy!
The WPC could be wholly replaced by WPI, but I have a big bag of it to use up now......
