Suggest that all dry ingredients be put in a blender and powdered first if you want a smoother batch. Then add 1 1/3 liter (one bag in Canada) of milk and blend. Then add oil, honey and enough water to full blender to 8 - 9 cups total.
IMO, this has a more accurate profile compared to the original Schmilk, as the ingredients are not 'padded' with unproven nutrient values.
