I make these, and eat four of them a day, in addition to the soylent recipe/quantities here [helps with getting enough fat without needing so much in the soylent -- also, they're tasty]
Mix together: 2.00 tbsp(s), Cocoa - Dry powder, unsweetened 15.00 gm, Natural Sweetener [I use Natvia] 1.00 container (250 gs ea.), Cream Cheese Original Australia [low carb sugar free etc]
Mix together in a separate bowl: 3.00 tbsp(s), Coconut Oil [you can even increase this, I've done up to 6 tbsp which works with this quantity] 45.00 g, Crunchy Peanut Butter [low carb unsweetened stuff]
Put the first stuff into cupcake trays, and poke them into well shapes. Spoon a bit of the peanut mixture into the middle of each one. Freeze. Take out of cupcake trays, store frozen in another container.
You can store in the fridge too, probably; I leave them out of the freezer for about five minutes before eating them.
