Im living in Sal, Cape verde, where resources are tricky for soylent. I got some protein powder from Europe, the rest i can find here.
You better put together your own vitamin mix, you most likely dont have the same brands as i do.
It is a tasty mix, but a bit weird to drink with the coconut and oat bits. If you have a mixer, mix it all up a bit before. I dont, so small bits for me.. =)
I have some extra ingredients in there, sometimes some things are not available, and i swithch around.
CusCuz is a type of cornmeal (not to be confused with Couscous) that i use to replace masa harina or precooked corn meal. Coarse ground Corn flour works also, but it is better with masa harina.
The Nutrient profile used US gov DRI, adapted to my weight (90kg) and for slow weight loss.
