The vitamins D, K and B12 can be removed. It still hits the minimum required amounts so you wont go into deficiency and get rickets etc. They are in there because the optimal amount is higher than the required amount.
The protein could potentially be scaled back also to save on cost. It's as high as it is because I plan on exercising at the same time.
I'm hoping the malt flour and whey give it something like a malted milk texture and taste.
Potential factors that will ruin the taste Orange Triad, Olive Oil, Chia Seeds (If they go slimy - I really hope they don't they are so useful). The amounts for each are small though.
