This is my version of QuidNYC's Ketogenic Induction Recipie
A note on the Omega 6 - 3 ratio in my formulation: http://authoritynutrition.com/optimize-omega-6-omega-3-ratio/ Hunter-gatherers eating mostly land animals had a ratio of 2:1 to 4:1, while the Inuit, who ate mostly Omega-3 rich seafoods, had a ratio of 1:4. Other non-industrial populations were somewhere in between.
My ratio is ~1:1 (17 grams Omega6 to 15 grams Omega3). This is closer to the low end of what hunter gatherers ate.

Salute to QuidNYC for doing a great job of research and producing a recipie that is VERY close to what I'm looking for. This is a much modified recipie at this point to meet my needs. I hope its usefull to anyone looking for a keto recipe. -- Best Regards
