This recipe is in testing! Use this recipe at your own risk!
This is an attempt to recreate a 100% complete keto soylent recipe in Japan.
Here in Japan, grains other than wheat and rice are fairly expensive.
So for me, only reason for choosing keto one as the base recipe was the cost.
If you make full use of points and sales of iHerb.com, daily cost can be reduced more.
If you want more "ketogenically (is this even a word?) optimum recipe", switch oil to MCT oil and take some omega supplements will be nice.
For preparation, using instruction of the base recipe one should be okay. The only difference that matters in the preparation I can think of is that this recipe using milk instead of whipping cream.
For those interested, here's dev branch. But not much changes are going on.
Issues (high priority -> low priority):
Get rid of unconfortable taste. <- In progress.
Make soy-based probably not-so-keto variant.
Write some basic description for preparation.
More testing.
Improvement of flavor to "tasty!" level.
