Was using the Webber Naturals 3-6-9 softgels (http://www.costco.ca/Webber-Naturals%C2%AE-Omega-3-6-9-High-Potency-Twin-Pack.product.10301212.html) but for the start of this experiment I'll be using Udo's Oil. It is, however, silly expensive, so I'm not sure if I want to keep that up.
Psyllium husk is horrendous. Turned the drink into a sludge. Felt the need to rush consuming it since at every point it just seemed to be congealing further. Revised recipe now uses almond and coconut flours in place of psyllium husks and the result a light flavour, easy-to-drink with a slight chalkiness from the coconut.
It's now so pleasant to drink that I no longer think I need the whipping cream. I'm going to try that out anyway, just to see what it's like.
The Leanfit Whey Isolate works just fine at 120g, while the Kaizen requires less. I'm trialling 80g but may bump that to 100g. The Kaizen is pretty bad and using it results in the other solids not being suspended in the mix and just settling on the bottom.
