My simple soylent variation, turned into muffins.
1st attempt worked OK, I put in 2 cups of water to mix the ingredients, but this was too much, I ended up doubling the mixture, making 2 days of muffins and the texture was good. Muffins came out of oven a bit shiny and still runny (they tended to rise sideways somewhat). I will reduce baking soda and water for next batch. Taste was good.
