Tapioca Chocolate Dream

We experimented with Chocolate Silk, trying to come up with a "cost should take a backseat to flavor" approach. What we ended up with really tastes like chocolate milk / Ovaltine. This DIY is designed to be added as part, but not all of your diet ( which is why it only provides ~1600 kcal ).

Mix with 2L of water, let chill, before drinking, mix with a metal, or strong spoon, or a hand blender. The tapioca flour will coagulate down around the bottom of the container and will be quite solid. Once mixed, it will blend with the rest of the fluid, but it is quite thick prior to this.

The oil should be added as the last component and fully mixed.
