Just a slight edit of Ben Samuel's DIY soylent. All the credit for the hard work goes to him.
The name is kind of an in joke, one of my friends asked how much he had to pay for some "Chinery brand soylent" and I haven't thought of anything else. That friend, another two, and I, are going to be testing the recipe for 15 days. We should be posting updates to the linked blog.
If you are thinking about following this recipe, note that the nutrient profile is based on the UK RDA values, which in some cases are a lot lower than Rob's recommended. I can't explain that. But you use at your own risk. Also, comment before trying anyway for the latest on what we think. Personally, I would switch out some of the maltodextrin for some oat powder, and change the protein source to something lactose-free.
